Are you an immigrant, Indigenous person, or of another minority group living in the Central North East Region of Saskatchewan? If so, your unique perspective is incredibly valuable to Connecting Grids. As someone who has experienced the challenges and opportunities of settling in a new country, or who has different lived experiences, we need your voice on our Ethnocultural Advisory Table (EAT).
As a member of the EAT, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide valuable advice to Connecting Grids on issues related to immigration, settlement, and minority groups.
Share your personal experiences and insights that will inform policies, programs, and services designed to support and include everyone while bringing positive change to our communities.
Help ensure that the needs and interests of all types of different people are represented in decision-making processes at the local level, leading to a more welcoming and inclusive community.
Being a member of the EAT also means you can:
Connect with other immigrants and minority groups and share your experiences.
Make a difference in the lives of everyone in the Central North East Region.
Help shape the future of settlement services in the region and make it a better place for all.
Join the EAT and help us create a more welcoming and inclusive community for newcomers in the Humboldt Region.
